Which force is greater, a brushless DC motor or a brushed DC motor?

The torque of micromotor is an important reference factor. Brushless motors and brushless motors of DC motors are divided into two parts. Under the same conditions, the force of brushless motor is greater than that of brushed DC motor.From the working principle of the original DC motor, brush and brushless DC motor are basically the same, the main difference is that brushed DC motor commutates mechanically, while brushless DC motor commutates electronically. Therefore, the force of brushless DC motor will be greater than that of brushed DC motor.Brushless DC motor features:1. Small size, light weight and large torque;2. Good torque characteristics, good middle and low speed torque, large starting torque and low current;3. Covering the performance advantages of the brushed DC motor and canceling the carbon brush structure, the service life is longer, generally reaching hundreds of thousands of hours;4. Because there is no excitation loss and carbon brush loss, the efficiency of DC motor is much higher than that of carbon brush.5. Stepless speed regulation can be adopted, with strong overload capacity and wide speed regulation range;Brushless DC motor has no mechanical brush device. It uses Hall sensor instead of brush and commutator, and the material is NdFeB permanent magnet, so it has advantages over brushless DC motor in performance, such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, high reliability and good servo control. Stepless variable frequency speed regulation is the core advantage of brushless DC motor.Although the performance of brushless DC motor is better, the control convenience is not as good as that of brushed DC motor, and the control is more complicated and the cost is relatively high. Therefore, under the condition that the brushed intelligent motor can meet the parameter requirements, most of them prefer to choose brushed DC motor.
