How to reduce the failure of Shanghai planetary reducer

1. Replace all the ball bearings on both sides of the motor spindle with special nylon sleeves, which can eliminate the occurrence of bearing fracture and falling apart.

2. Install locking device. The iron plate of 2mmx 20mm is processed into a circular hoop, and the spring gland of the reducer of 182 motors is wrapped with an iron hoop and tightened with screws, so that the screw plug of the spring gland of the reducer will not loosen.

3. Organize employees to study the daily maintenance, centralized maintenance procedures and quality standards of planetary reducers, and conduct practical drills by using the stop time of marshalling to check whether they meet the standards stipulated in standardized operating procedures.

4. Replace the thickened coupling to reduce its clearance with the spindle. The couplings of 182 motors in the whole field were completely replaced and checked regularly.

5. Replace the thick screws and increase the number of screws. Remove the four 5mm screws of the original motor cam box, re-punch and tap the base, replace them with 6mm screws, and add two screws on both sides of the cam box, so that the spindle will no longer move and the cam contacts will be in good contact.
